For the safety and integrity of our retail offerings, and to ensure fairness to all of our guests, we allow returns within 10 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. Our team will assist you in selecting an alternative product that better suits your hair needs and goals. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds on retail items.

Products may be returned within 10 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.
Store Credit Only
Cash refunds are not offered. All approved returns are processed as an exchange or store credit to be used in the salon.

Corrective Services
While services are non-refundable, we are glad to offer a complimentary corrective service when the concern arises from a service provider error. Corrective services must be approved by management and are not available for change-of-mind scenarios.
