At Halo Salon + Blowout Bar, every appointment is reserved especially for you. Our stylists prepare in advance to deliver the best possible experience, which is why we kindly ask that all guests respect our cancellation guidelines. When an appointment is missed or canceled late, it impacts both our team and other guests who are waiting for availability.

To provide fair and consistent service to everyone, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. This allows us enough time to adjust our schedule and accommodate additional guests from our waitlist. Your understanding supports our commitment to exceptional service and a smooth experience for all clients.

Halo Salon Cancellation Policy

48-Hour Cancellation Window

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.

Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours)

Any cancellation made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.

No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to show up for their appointment will be charged 50% of the service and may be required to prepay for future reservations.

Repeat Late Cancellations or No-Shows

Clients with repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows will be placed on a list and must pay a 50% deposit to secure future appointments.

Our Commitment to You

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Halo Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please notify us at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.

Corrective Services

All services are non-refundable, but we are more than happy to schedule a complimentary corrective service if needed.
Corrective services require approval and are only performed when the concern is a result of an error from the service provider, not from a change of mind after the service is complete.

Important Guidelines
  • All concerns must be communicated within 48 hours of your appointment.

  • Corrective services will not be offered beyond 5 days after the initial service date.

  • Management must validate any redo request if there is a disagreement.

  • Please understand that box color and major color transformations (especially darker to lighter) may require multiple sessions to achieve the desired result.
